It is well known that cats are 'independent' creatures, seeming to want or need very little from their owners other than food, water and a cuddle when they see fit!  However, despite these appearances, cats also require mental and physical stimulation and enjoy interaction with their owners as much as many other pets.

Don't forget that if you have a cat that does not have access to the outdoors, you need to do even more to ensure that he gets sufficient stimulation.
