In the unlikely event that you experience a fault with any of our products, Pet Necessities are happy to refund or replace any product returned as faulty. Proof of purchase must be provided with the returned item. Products returned with damage caused by inappropriate or mis-use cannot be refunded, but may be replaced at the discretion of the Pet Necessities’ team. Where an incorrect size has been ordered, the correct size will be sent out in replacement upon receipt of the original item (undamaged and in original packaging), and any monies due to a price difference. Postage costs for the despatch of the replacement item will be charged, or deducted from any refund or price differences.
Products being returned for replacement due to fault or sizing should be returned within 7 days of receipt of order. We advise that you use a signed-for service for return of any items. With genuinely faulty products, return postage costs will be refunded.
Discrepancies or damage in shipping should be notified immediately.
Pet Necessities aim to send out all orders the same day or next day, by the service chosen upon ordering. Customers will be notified if we expect a delay in shipping any order. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Postage and packing rates are calculated by weight of order and cost of packing materials and also include a nominal admin fee. Therefore, the postage rates you pay will cover the cost of postage and packing, and admin for your order; there are no hidden charges. Your total postage rate will be calculated at the checkout.
VAT is charged at the current rate, where applicable, and is included in the prices shown.
Orders can be cancelled before despatch by calling 07969 997272 or e-mailing email@example.com. If you change your mind once you have received your order, please return the product to us undamaged and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase within 7 days and we will arrange a refund. Postage costs for returning items for this reason cannot be refunded. We recommend that you use a signed-for service when returning any items to us.
